Report Coordinator

Akira Energy is looking for an experienced Report Coordinator for an upcoming offshore geotechnical investigation campaign in German waters.

This is a technical reporting role for someone with experience in offshore geotechnical survey documentation, data coordination and reporting, with a good understanding of CPT operations, borehole logging and seabed sampling.

The Role

As Report Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing and compiling geotechnical field reports, ensuring accurate and consistent documentation of offshore testing and sampling activities throughout the campaign.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily geotechnical reporting and field documentation.

• Compile and quality-check CPT, borehole, sampling and laboratory records.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of geotechnical data and reports.

• Liaise with Geotechnical Engineers, laboratory personnel and offshore supervisors.

• Maintain organised project records and documentation.

• Support the preparation of final reporting deliverables.

Requirements & Experience

• Previous experience in offshore geotechnical survey reporting or data coordination.

• Good understanding of CPT, borehole logging and seabed sampling operations.

• Experience with geotechnical reporting systems, Excel and data management.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to offshore reporting deadlines.

• Good command of English.

Certifications

• GWO Offshore Sea Survival certificate preferred.

• Alternatively, BOSIET/OPITO offshore survival certification is accepted if no older than 2 years, subject to project approval.
