Registration and profile creation
After reviewing our open positions, candidates can submit an application by clicking the Apply button. Their profile will then be added to our database, and our team will process and review their CV.
Candidate Evaluation
Upon registration, our dedicated team at Akira Energy assesses the candidate’s profile to identify potential matches with available positions in our network of clients. We evaluate candidates based on various criteria including their profile, character, experience, and competence.
Initial Interview with Akira Energy
Once a suitable position is identified, we conduct an initial interview with the candidate to discuss the specific job role, expected pay-rate, and details about the client. This interview allows us to gauge the candidate’s interest and suitability for the position.
Reference Checks and Motivational Letter
Following the initial interview, we request two references from the candidate to further validate their credentials. In many cases, we also encourage candidates to write a motivational letter expressing their interest and suitability for the position, which enhances their profile to our clients.
