Job Title: Logistics Administrator
(32–40 hours per week | 4–5 days per week | One-year contract)
Position Overview:
As a Logistics Administrator, you are responsible for the accurate administrative processing of goods and materials used across several offshore projects. You will work closely with logistics, warehouse, and project teams to ensure that all material flows are handled correctly, on time, and in accordance with established procedures. In addition to administrative duties, you are willing to support warehouse activities when required.
The role supports multiple offshore projects, requiring close coordination between logistics operations, warehouse management, and project teams. Accuracy, flexibility, and a hands-on mindset are key to successfully supporting ongoing offshore activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative processing and registration of incoming and outgoing goods
- Supporting logistics processes for offshore projects
- Recording and tracking material movements in SAP
- Preparing and checking logistics documentation
- Coordinating with internal departments and external parties
- Assisting with warehouse activities when necessary
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in a logistics or administrative field
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to combine office-based work with physical warehouse activities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Good command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Valid VCA-B certificate or willingness to obtain one
