Initial Interview with Akira Energy

Reference Checks and Motivational Letter
Following the initial interview, we request two references from the candidate to further validate their credentials. In many cases, we also encourage candidates to write a motivational letter expressing their interest and suitability for the position, which enhances their profile to our clients.

Approval and Contract Setup (on-boarding)

Post-Placement Evaluation
On the candidate’s first working day, our team conducts a follow-up call with both the client and candidate to gather feedback and discuss initial impressions. This feedback loop ensures that any concerns or issues are promptly addressed, fostering a positive and productive working relationship.
