Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Planner Offshore Operations to support offshore maintenance activities from the office in Den Helder. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient planning and coordination of offshore personnel and related logistics. You will play a key role in ensuring that all operational activities are executed smoothly, safely, and in line with regulatory requirements.

This position is open to both medior and senior candidates, depending on experience and skillset.

Project Details

The role is part of ongoing offshore maintenance operations, supporting various offshore assets. The focus is on ensuring optimal personnel deployment, managing logistics, and maintaining flexibility in a dynamic and often changing operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate offshore personnel schedules for ongoing operations
  • Organize and manage all logistics related to offshore assignments, including accommodation, transport, and helicopter bookings
  • Monitor and adjust planning based on operational needs and ad-hoc changes
  • Coordinate and process leave requests and personnel availability
  • Track and control actual worked hours versus planned schedules
  • Ensure compliance with relevant offshore regulations and standards (HSE, industry regulations, Staatstoezicht op de Mijnen, NOGEPA, ARBO)
  • Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders such as team leads and external suppliers
  • Contribute to an efficient and cost-effective deployment of personnel
  • Adhere to and promote company HSEQ standards at all times
  • Stop operations if activities do not meet safety or technical requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum MBO level education or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in a planning or coordination role
  • Experience in the offshore or energy sector is considered a strong advantage
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)

  • Ability to work accurately and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Proactive and independent working style
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Experience with planning software or similar systems is a plus
