Akira Energy has an opportunity for an experienced Report Coordinator to support an offshore geophysical survey project involving UXO, TIR and survey reporting activities.

Position Summary
The Report Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, compiling and maintaining survey reporting deliverables throughout the offshore project. The role will work closely with the geophysical survey team to ensure accurate, timely and consistent reporting.

Experience with QGIS and offshore geophysical survey reporting is required, with experience in UXO and TIR survey activities highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily and periodic survey reporting throughout the project.
  • Compile and quality-check information and data received from the offshore geophysical survey team.
  • Prepare clear, accurate and consistent survey reports and documentation.
  • Support reporting activities associated with UXO, TIR and identification/clearance operations.
  • Use QGIS to support the preparation and presentation of survey information and reporting outputs.
  • Liaise with the offshore survey team to ensure reporting requirements and project deliverables are met.
  • Maintain accurate reporting records and ensure documentation is delivered within project deadlines.
  • Support the preparation and compilation of final survey documentation.
  • Ensure all reporting activities are completed in accordance with project procedures and quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an offshore geophysical survey/reporting role.
  • Experience working as a Report Coordinator or in a similar offshore survey reporting position.
  • Working knowledge of QGIS.
  • Experience with UXO and/or TIR survey operations is highly advantageous.
  • Strong technical report-writing and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an offshore multidisciplinary survey team.
  • Relevant offshore certifications and medical requirements for the role.
