Job Description

Company Overview: For various developers, management company’s and asset owners in the offshore energy industry,  specializing in the installation and execution of wind energy projects. With upcoming projects on the horizon, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly qualified Transport and Installation Client Representative to join us in overseeing critical aspects of our operations.

Position Overview: As a Transport and Installation Client Representative, you will play an important role in the successful execution of wind energy projects. The scope of work will encompass foundations, towers, and WTG installation activities. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure that transport and installation processes adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between our company and clients during transport and installation phases.
  2. Heavy Lift Operations: Oversee heavy lift operations to ensure they are carried out safely and efficiently.
  3. Transport and Logistics: Supervise transportation logistics, equipment mobilization, and on-site coordination.
  4. Communication and Reporting: Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders and provide daily progress reports on project progress and any issues encountered.
  5. Safety Management: Enforce a high level of safety standards throughout transport, installation, and related activities.
  6. Certification Compliance: Ensure that all personnel involved in the project possess the necessary certifications, including GWO (Global Wind Organisation) and medical certifications.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role within the renewable energy or heavy lifting industry.
  2. Expertise in heavy lift operations, transport, and logistics associated with wind energy projects.
  3. Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
  4. Strong commitment to safety standards and practices.
  5. GWO certification and valid medical certification required.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  7. Problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic project environments.
