Are you ready to play a key role in the dynamic world of Offshore Energy Services? We are looking for an Aviation Operator to join our team at a strategic location in Den Helder, the heart of offshore operations in the Netherlands. As an Aviation Operator, you will have the opportunity to work at various offshore-related airports, supporting the daily operations of helicopter flights and cargo handling.

What will you do?
As an Aviation Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting outgoing and incoming helicopter flights.
• Handling customer interactions and managing (customs) formalities.
• Arranging follow-up transport when necessary.
• Receiving and checking cargo.
• Ensuring accurate documentation is in place.
• Booking cargo in systems used by us and Oil & Gas companies.
• Preparing customs documents (no prior experience or diploma required).
• Performing other small administrative tasks.

Your workplace will be in Den Helder at the Airport, but you may also be deployed to other locations within the Netherlands or internationally.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking an Aviation Operator who:

• Holds a completed MBO 4 degree, preferably in logistics.
• Has strong communication skills in both English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Is customer-oriented and service-minded.
• Has good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Preferably has some experience in logistics services.

Note: To perform this role, you must obtain a Certificate of No Objection (VGB). The AIVD (Dutch General Intelligence and Security Service) will conduct a security investigation to grant this clearance.
