Akira Energy is looking for an industrial installation/service technician for our client’s smart & sustainable green energy solutions!

What You Will Do
As an installation/service technician, you are responsible for the complete installation, service, and maintenance of our machines.
On location, you handle the full setup of the installation. You ensure the machine is operational and that the process runs optimally. You assist the customer in starting up the process and provide training and instructions to the staff.
Great customer service is a very high priority. You ensure the installation runs smoothly and do not leave until the customer is 100% satisfied.

Additionally, you will perform a variety of service and repair tasks, ranging from small to large jobs, at the headquarters and on-site both domestically and internationally.

Tasks

  • Installing machines and lines
  • Installing and testing new installations
  • Service and maintenance of existing installations
  • Assembly work
  • During the installation, you are the point of contact for the customer and headquarters
  • Quality control: checking and ensuring our standards
  • Other service/overhaul tasks within the company (all-round)


What We Ask

  • MBO level of education and thinking (Mechanical Engineering or similar)
  • Mechanical knowledge is a must; electrical knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Good communication skills
  • No-nonsense attitude: proactive and solution-oriented
  • Knowledge and experience with Word and Excel
  • Willing to stay abroad for short and longer periods
  • Driver’s license B (E), C is a plus
